TO ENTER BY INTERNET: You may enter via the Internet by visiting www.alkidsfest.com. All on-line entries must be received during the published period of this promotion. Only one internet entry per person per e-mail address per month will be accepted.

TO ENTER BY MAIL: on plain piece of paper, 3" x 5", handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted) your name, address, telephone number and age. Mail your completed entry to: Kidsfest PO Box 382944 Birmingham, AL 35238-2944. All mail-in entries must be mailed separately and be postmarked during the published period of this promotion. Sponsor, (defined below), Kids' Directory., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access this web site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any web site; printing or other errors; and any in-mall deposited or mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing entry, depositing entry in sweepstakes display or entering entry information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible and incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing at the perspective Kidsfest. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. No substitution by the winner for their prize shall be allowed. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All Federal, state, local or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's names, likenesses and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

GENERAL: Entrants agree that C3 Properties LLC, Kids' Directory and Kidsfest, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and any other companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes (Collectively Releases), shall not be liable for injuries, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of the Prize or parts thereof.

Sponsors reserve the right to terminate on-line entry if technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue on-line entry. If on-line entry is terminated, notification will be posted on the website at www.babypaloozatour.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All correctly completed entries received on-line as of termination date together with all eligible in-mall deposited and mail-in entries received through the entire promotion, will be included in the random drawing. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
